Purpose

The process
Identify talent that stays off the radar
We look where nobody is looking. Where an athlete comes from does not set their ceiling, but it does decide who gets to see them. We go to the cities and markets the international circuit does not cover yet.
Training with structure and follow-through
Identifying is not enough. The athlete enters a process with structure, measurement and sustained support, so they arrive prepared for the moment they are evaluated.
Access to competitive circuits and platforms
Exposure is the real bottleneck. We connect the athlete with the leading competitive circuits and platforms in the United States, where decisions actually happen.
Guidance toward programs and universities
Professional guidance toward programs, academies, universities and high-level organizations. The process does not end when the athlete crosses: it ends when they stay.
Territory
01Where the talent comes from: the city, the base that forms the athlete.
02The transit: the stage, the progress, the moment an athlete crosses.
03The official circuits and high-level organizations.

Mission
To provide exposure and development opportunities to international and national talent, connecting athletes with the leading competitive circuits and platforms in the United States, regardless of their country or city of origin.
Our goal is to identify undiscovered talent, generate real growth opportunities, and connect athletes with high-level programs, academies, universities and organizations.

Vision
To become one of the leading international basketball talent development and projection programs, building a bridge between athletes from different countries and the official circuits of the main organizations in the United States.
We want our athletes to reach opportunities through a structured process of identification, development, exposure and professional guidance.
Athletes
Athlete card structure. The data shown is illustrative: the real roster is published once each athlete and their family authorize it.

National and international talent, regardless of country or city of origin. That is the starting point of the program: the talent that stays off the radar.

Next step
Applications are open to athletes from any country or city. We do not ask you to already be on the radar: we ask that you want to enter a structured process of identification, development, exposure and guidance.
